Westbrook proudly offers your practice "ceramic steel" in Zirium 9, the zirconia-based alternative to metal supported restorations. Available exclusively from Dental Technologies Inc, Zirium 9 combines pure yttria-stabilized Zirconia with the pressed beauty of Vita VM9 porcelain.
With Zirium 9, our highly trained zirconium specialists press the material all the way to the margin for consistent, naturally-aesthetic results, which allows for more uniform aesthetics and better tissue adaptation. Highly polishable and wear kind, Zirium 9 is available in all Vita 3D-Master and Vita Classic shades to easily match adjacent and opposing dentition.
Zirium 9 is an ideal, all-ceramic alternative to most PFM applications. The preparation requirements are dramatically simplified with either a deep chamfer or shoulder prep for added convenience. This restoration is also conventionally cemented with any universal or dual-cure adhesive resin cement. Considered “Ceramic Steel”, Zirium 9 is indicated for single restorations and bridge spans (both anterior and posterior) up to 47 mm.
