Paul Westbrook, C.D.T Lab Manager Paul Westbrook began Westbrook & Associates in 1981, an engineer with a vision for creating a high-end dental laboratory able to turn out consistently excellent work. To this end, he has structured his business around three key principles: expert training, expertly designed processes, and exceptional service. In terms of his own training, Paul has diligently studied alongside the masters in every aspect of dental restorative and esthetic technology, including composites, ceramics, crown & bridge work, and all varieties of implant systems. Then, he's passed this knowledge on to each Westbrook technician, personally taking them through his "Training & Verification 2000" course. This establishes a solid foundation for consistently reproducing the kind of excellent work Paul himself puts forth. Paul's combined expertise in engineering and dental technology has allowed him to design processes and procedures that incorporate the key factors behind proper function and appearance. As a result, he can confidently promise consistently excellent product, with precise tooth form, occlusal factors, and beautiful esthetics all built into the final product. Acknowledged as an expert by many product and system leaders, Paul is a sought-after teacher for other laboratories. In fact, he was even selected to instruct the armed forces in his particular application of Cristobal composites. He has also co-authored industry articles with Dr. Lorin Berland & Dr. Thom Gleghorn on the subject of cosmetic dentistry.
