VALPLAST
Advantages / Benefits

Plaque resistant
High strength
Enhanced aesthetics
Gentle to opposing dentition
The most yellow gold available

Indications
Partials, Unilateral partials, Full dentures

Valplast® is fabricated utilizing a nylon-based material with an injection press. The rendered partial is remarkably aesthetic in that not only is the base material translucent for natural blending, but the metal clasp is completely eliminated as well!

Valplast’s flexibility is designed to behave in conjunction with your patient’s body temperature, therefore it is recommended that the partial be immersed in hot water prior to initial insertion.

Dental D
Dental D® is a durably aesthetic metal-free acetyl resin alternative to metal partials. It possesses high tensile and shock strength with excellent resiliency, allowing the appliance to flex over extreme undercuts, while still providing a comfortable fit. Dental D is available in an array of tooth-and tissue-colored clasps that exhibit incredible color stability.

VITALLIUM
Advantages / Benefits

Increased flexibility
Adjustability similar to gold
Smaller and lighter design applications
Deformation resistance

Vitallium® 2000 and Vitallium 2000 Plus represent the new standard in chrome cobalt alloys, however Vitallium 2000 Plus incorporates a controlled nitrogen addition during the con-cast process for higher yield and tensile strength.
