In order to ensure customer service excellence, Mr. Waters believes in the advantages of staff skill development through continuous education. Suzanne McEwen Program Administrator Suzanne McEwen has been an important member of the DTG Administrative team for four years and currently serves in the role of Program Administrator. A mother of three, Ms. McEwen has almost 17 years experience in Customer Service. Suzanne has proudly attained diplomas in Medical Office Assisting as well as Business Administration: Information Systems, and strives to deliver the very best in support to the clients of DTG. Suzanne MacDonald Office Manager Suzanne MacDonald joined DTG in 1994, and currently serves as the Office Manager. A mother of two, Ms. MacDonald holds degrees in Social Sciences, Legal Assisting, and Medical Office Assisting. Ms. MacDonald is a passionate Administrator who has always found enjoyment in meeting new challenges and working closely with people. Leo Boersch Quality Assurance Born in Germany, Mr. Boersch immigrated to Canada in 1985. Having received his formal training in Germany, Mr. Boersch pursued further education in Canada and proudly acquired his Registered Dental Technologist accreditation in 1996. Since 2002, Mr. Boersch has been providing his services to DTG as the Supervisory Registered Dental Technologist; his duties include Quality Assurance and Customer Relations.Mr. Boersch enjoys spending his free time on his motorcycle with his wife Dagmar, or listening to music.
