“Live sensibly in the present, carefully plan the future by flexibly adapting to changing circumstances, and accept the past. Reveal your integrity by laughing at yourself, admitting your mistakes, learning constantly, and cheerfullydoing the thingsahead that arewithin your power.”

Several weeks ago
BECDEN Client, Dr. Erik
Bradley, sent me an email
to show me a marketing
idea his dental assistant,
Megan Brewster, created.
I was so impressed with
the concept and design
that I wanted to share it
with others.
Megan thought that it
would be very powerful
to send patients this photo card upon completion of their dental
treatment. It is designed to WOW the patient, brag about how
talented their dentist is, motivate them to want more, similar
treatment done, and possibly even be used by the patient to refer
friends and family to Dr. Bradley.
As I showed this example to two different people their response was
the same, “If I had other amalgam restorations in my mouth this
would definitely motivate me to want to have them removed!” My suggestions to Megan included:
• Be sure to print this on good quality
photo paper.
• Print an extra copy in black and
white to keep in the patient’s file for
marketing future treatments.
• Create and save dialogues for different
types of cases (Smile Makeovers,
Posterior Crowns, Whitening,
Composites, Implants, etc) so you
don’t need to re-think your wording
each time. You will simply need to
modify the text for each patient.
Kudos to Megan for the great idea and to
Dr. Bradley for allowing me to share this with you.
For more information visit www.smilepix.com. For BECDEN clients
whose patient accepts the treatment plan consisting of six or more
units, BECDEN credits your account for the cost of the imaging for
that patient. If you are not sure this will work for you, give it a try
since the first image with SmilePix is complimentary!
