Although Zirconia has been available for use in restorative dentistry for quite some time, there has been an increased interest recently in this material, due to the demand for metal-free restorations.
Below are examples of how this product line can be used for Inlay Bridges. They are conventionally cemented and Dr. Ron Jackson, renowned lecturer, is recommending Multilink Dual Cure cement, manufactured by Ivoclar. As you look at the photographs you will notice the Zirconia framework is shy of the margin. This is to allow room for pressing the porcelain to the margin, which results in a more aesthetic margin, where the frame is not visible.
