When it comes to oral hygiene, women beat out men. Apparently, they brush more often and actually have a dentist! The American Dental Association conducted this eye opening survey in December 2003:
• 25% of those surveyed brush their teeth after every meal
• One in five – 19% - brush their teeth once a day
• 53% brush their teeth twice a day
• Women were more likely than men to brush teeth after every meal: 29% of women vs. 21% of men
• Men were more likely to brush just once a day: 25% of men vs. 13% of women
• Women were more likely to have a dentist than men: 89% of women vs. 75% of men
• As for daily dental floss use, 51% use it

Use a resin cement conventionally applied to the internal portion of the crown and simultaneously freshen the tooth/core and apply your buildup material AND add some build up material to the cement lined interior of the crown. Seat it all together. This way you do not have the problem of separation as happens with Vaseline (BTW Duraly lubricant being thicker works better for me) and you seat in one procedure rather than three. Call me if you would like clarifications.
