Our Restoration-to-Implant Lifetime Warranty covers single-unit and bridges up to three units
in length. This Lifetime Warranty covers the implant(s), abutment(s) and the
Restoration(s) when fabricated on BioHorizons implants, and abutments, and restorations
created by a participating DTI Laboratory. This Warranty is between your dental practice
and DTI/BioHorizons.
